01 What time does it start/end?
Check in and activities begin at 5:30pm for vip ticket holders and 6:00pm for all additional guests. The event will conclude promptly at 9:00pm
02 What do i wear?
Casual or cocktail attire is appropriate
03 How do i get there?
The event is located at the Gateway Center (1 Gateway Drive, in Collinsville, IL)
04 Do i/my guest need a paper ticket to get in?
No paper tickets are necessary, as we use an electronic registration system to check in guests by name. If you have purchased tickets for multiple people please
contact to let us know the names of the guests that will be joining you.
05 How do i pay if i win a silent auction item or want to make a donation?
Credit card is the preferred method of payment, but cash or check will also be accepted at the event
06 Can tickets be purchased at the door?
Yes
07 I saw that there will be beer, wine and liquor tastings. Does this mean you must be 21 to attend?
Yes, all guests must be at least 21 years of age
08 How do i see what items will be included in the silent auction?
Check out the auction page of our website a little closer to the event for a link to view all of the packages.
09 I have a friend that wants to support the event, but can't make it that night. what can he/she do?
General donations can be made by calling 618.288.2390
10 Will i get a receipt for my tax records?
An email confirmation of donation may be used as a receipt for online donations. Paper copies will be provided at check-out for guests that win auction items or
make a donation at the event.
11. How will my donation be used?
Farm to table donations will support the mission of the American Cancer Society as it works to save lives and create more birthdays by helping people stay well
and get well, by finding cures and by fighting back.
12. I purchased a tickets, but cannot attend anymore. can i get a refund?
Unfortunately, all sales are final.
