What measures are being put in place for COVID-19?
This event is typically hosted in person, with plenty of tables for patrons to enjoy their meals in a relaxed setting. Due to the restrictions of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we have made the decision to pivot our 2020 Farm to Table event into a “to-go” format. Tasting size portions of dishes from our participating establishments will be placed in tote bags so that our guests can easily drive up to the Gateway Convention Center and pick up their totes to enjoy at home. Each ticket includes one tote bag, which will feed two adults. There will be beverages available for purchase on-site, but not included in the tote bag. There will also be an online Silent Auction with donated items from local businesses in the community. Mobile bidding will be utilized for the Auction. Please check back frequently for additional updates!
What time does it start/end?
You can pick up your tote bag(s) between 5:00-7:00 pm. There will be alcoholic beverage trucks onsite if you wish to purchase separately before you go home to enjoy Farm to Table To-Go!
What do I wear?
Normally, business casual or cocktail attire is appropriate. This year, anything goes , but please wear a mask.
How do I get there?
The event is located at the Gateway Center (1 Gateway Drive, in Collinsville, IL).
How do I pick-up my tote?
Tote purchases will be available for pick-up between 5 pm and 7 pm on Thursday, August 27th.
Turn into the East entrance at the Gateway Center and follow the drive to the front of the building. Turn right into the circle drive and pull up under the canopy. We will have volunteers available to take your name and then return to your vehicle with your tote(s)!
Once you have your tote, follow the circle drive around to the parking lot and visit our friends at Stumpy’s Spirits Distillery or Global Brew to purchase a beverage to go with your tote!
Do I need a paper ticket to get my tote bag?
No paper tickets are necessary, as we use an electronic registration system to check in guests by name. If you have purchased tickets for multiple people, please contact to let us know the names of the guests that will also be picking up tote bags.
How do I pay if I win a silent auction item or want to make a donation?
Credit card is the preferred method of payment, we will also be able to accept cards during pick-up.
Can tickets be purchased at the door?
This is still a work in progress, please contact to confirm closer to the event.
Do you need to be 21 to participate?
Normally, our in-person event includes wine, liquor and beer tastings so all guests must be 21. This year, due to the to-go format, our tote bags will not include alcoholic beverages so anyone can purchase!
How do I see what items will be included in the silent auction?

I have a friend that wants to support the event, but can't make it that night. What can he/she do?
General donations can be made by calling 618.288.2390 and referencing Farm to Table Metro East.
Will I get a receipt for my tax records?
An email confirmation of donation may be used as a receipt for online donations, including ticket sales and auction items.
How will my donation be used?
Farm to Table donations will support the mission of the American Cancer Society by funding research, providing public education about prevention and early detection, advocating for cancer policies and federal, state and local legislation, and providing patient services such as rides to treatment, free lodging, emotional support and much more.
I purchased tickets, but cannot attend anymore. Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, all sales are final.
